WHAT TO EXPECT

-We believe that activities you love should be enjoyed for life.  This might be golf, exercise, hiking, playing with your children/grandchildren, etc.

-We believe that healthcare should be personal. Not cold, empty, and disconnected.
-We believe one on one care is the only way physical therapy should be done.
-We believe that physical therapy should be individualized to the person and not just a diagnosis.

-We believe that pain is necessary for our protection but we should not live in fear of it.
-We believe that surgery and medication should only be considered when conservative measures have failed.  Start with PT!
